Who We Are
PILLAR was birthed from the idea that there is inherent gold in each person waiting to be discovered.
That in order to unlock it, we need more spaces where we feel understood, where our ideas are championed and our dreams supported.
For the three of us (pictured left to right: Nate, Uel, Edwin), some of the most pivotal moments in our lives happened over a simple coffee, and we consider it a privilege to be able to offer others a safe space where they can experience the same
Coffee is a lot of things, but something we always strive to highlight when we serve our brews, is that it’s the culmination of a painstakingly long journey. Where each hand that it passes through, nurture and refine seemingly endless variables to make sure that what you end up tasting in the cup, is the best that it can be.
We’re very proud to be serving our coffee primarily from Skittle Lane alongside an expanding selection of coffees from other brilliant and uncompromising guest roasters.
For the team at Pillar, it’s always been in our DNA to want to support and empower startups, small businesses, side hustles or even just the curious soul.
